As President of Home Property Management/ 624Home.com, Todd Breen brings a wealth of experience to his clients. While studying in high school and college, Todd worked as a handyman for the company from 1978 to 1985. Graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic College with a BS in Business Administration in 1985, Todd became a Licensed Real Estate Agent and worked as a property manager until 1993 when he purchased the company.

Todd teaches Property Management courses for The Property Management Academy throughout Florida. Elected to Chairman of the Investor Member Council of the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers, Todd works closely with the investor community. A published writer and speaker, Todd contributes articles to the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He wrote a trade journal for Property Managers which was published in 1995, and is a founding member of the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers.
